| James E. Ledbetter, Ph.D.
Chief Operating Officer | Dr. Ledbetter serves as the Chief Operating Officer of PremierCare and has been involved with the company since 2008 when he was in the role of Director of Development for the parent company, United Medical Corporation. He has worked in the behavioral health field for over 40 years that include senior leadership roles in administrative, clinical, marketing and development in both the private and public sectors. He has a Ph.D. degree in counseling and has worked in a major medical school setting where he held an appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Neuropsychiatry and Behavioral Health. He has worked for the major behavioral healthcare providers that owned and operated free-standing behavioral health hospitals where he was CEO of hospitals that ranged from 100 to 423 beds. He also has over 10 years of contract management experience working with community hospitals throughout the US and served as Regional Vice President and Regional Director for two contract management companies prior to his appointment as COO for PremierCare.

| Ed Brewer
Vice President of Human Resources | | Mr. Brewer has over forty years management experience in Human Resources obtained in the Insurance, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas and Healthcare industries. He has an extensive background in employee recruiting, selection, development and training, benefit and compensation design and administration. Mr. Brewer worked for a Fortune 100 company for thirteen years managing benefits for 60,000 employees. He has managed in the Healthcare field for the past fifteen years. Clinton Tees
Chief Financial Officer | | Mr. Tees has served at the hospital level as Accounting Manager, Director of Financial Services, Financial Analyst and Controller with one of the nation’s largest healthcare corporations. Mr. Tees brings to PremierCare a vast knowledge of business office related issues, billing/collection activities, as well as hospital reimbursement, including Medicare, Medicaid and managed care. Clark Glickman, LCSW
Vice President of Clinical Services | | Mr. Glickman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Texas and has experience in several areas, including clinical, administrative and marketing. | Charles H. Caperton
Consultant | Mr. Caperton has been with the company since its inception, and served as President and Chief Operating Officer of PremierCare for many years until his recent retirement. He has been involved in the field of mental health for over thirty years and has a very diverse background that includes extensive administrative, clinical, marketing and development experience. He also has a Master’s degree in counseling. He worked for fourteen years in various administrative capacities including Director of Acquisitions & Development on a corporate level and served concurrently as CEO of an 80-bed psychiatric hospital and a 60-bed residential treatment facility.

| Jane Wilson-Mitchell, RN, MHA
Consultant | Prior to serving as Consultant, Ms. Mitchell worked with Premier Care in several capacities including Registered Nurse, Program Director and Vice President Business Development. With over 30 years healthcare experience she has an extensive background in administration, physician recruitment and network development including several years in the non-profit healthcare arena. She is currently owner of an in-home senior care company, and provides valuable support to PremierCare by assisting with new program start-ups and census development.
